Marlit Antonia Schardt is a double degree second year master student at University of Vienna, studying a Master’s Degree in International Development Studies and a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Currently, she works part – time as a research assistant at the Intercultural Health Research Group at University of Vienna. Her special interests lie in Migrant Protection and Assistance, Migrant Health and Social Policy Research. During her undergraduate degree at Humboldt University Berlin, she spent one year studying in Istanbul, Turkey. She completed two research internships as well as worked part – time as a Visa – consultant for international students with Humboldt University Berlin and the Berlin foreigners’ registration office. For her undergraduate thesis, she worked on designing a risk – assessment tool for preventing delinquency among young asylum – seekers in collaboration with the Berlin correctional court system.
