Herrnböck

Julia Herrnböck is working as an editor and journalist at the recently launched Neue Zürcher Zeitung Österreich NZZ. Previously she coordinated the international features section at Der Standard, focusing on humanitarian crisis. In 2013 and 2014 she visited Jordan and Lebanon to report about the impact of the Syrian refugee movement. Julia graduated in political science and journalism at the University of Vienna and spent some time working/studying in Germany, Spain, Venezuela, USA and Romania. She is a board member of reporters without borders in Austria Reporter ohne Grenzen.
