Paul Knox Clarke is the Principal of ADAPT, a climate and humanitarian initiative.
In this role he supports humanitarian actors to identify operational and strategic adaptations required to respond to the humanitarian impacts of climate change, as well as building awareness of the challenge and supporting transformation, across the system as a whole.
Paul previously led research at the ALNAP network and was Executive Director of Oxford Change Management, an organisation that provided change and leadership support to international organisations.
Before that, he worked for World Food Programme and for Save the Children in a variety of humanitarian operations.
