Join the 5^th Humanitarian Congress Vienna “The Future of Humanitarian Aid” on 29 March 2019 and Register Now!

The online registration closed on Thursday, 28 March, 12:00.

Online registrees can pick up their badge, invoice and confirmation of participation on 29 March at the Welcome Desk.

Onsite registration: 29 March 2019, from 08:00 onwards

Onsite fees: 50 EUR regular and 30 EUR reduced (applies to students, refugees and those doing national service (Zivildienstleistende)

Payment is possible by credit card only from 23 March to 28 March, in cash, by bank card and by credit card on 29 March at the venue.

Badge, Invoice and Confirmation of Participation

When arriving at the University Vienna, early registrees will need to present an identity card to obtain their congress documents. Badges and all other documents will be delivered at the Welcome Desk upon arrival.

Welcome Desk

The Welcome Desk will open at 08:00 on Friday, 29 March 2019. Given the high number of participants, you should allow a minimum of 45 minutes for registration. The 5th Humanitarian Congress Vienna will start at 09:00 sharp and you should plan to be seated at least 5 minutes before start.

Panel Participation

Please note that panel participation is by invitation only.

The Humanitarian Congress panel discussions will be held in English. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.

Please send your request for accreditation to the following e-mail address:      presse@globaleverantwortung.at together with a copy of your valid press card (pdf or jpg), as well as the name and postal address of the media / editorial offices for which you want to report from the congress. Upon approval of your request you will receive a confirmation e-mail and related documents
